They are suitable for experienced 'yogis' as well as those  for both those wishing to try Yoga for the first time. The Gift Vouchers entitles the recipient to attend a 90 minute Yoga Workshop. Yoga Workshops are generally held on Saturday mornings throughout the year (please see the Workshops page for our current schedule).
