Yoga is Back!

General Information About My Classes

Classes are for all abilities (and disabilities). No experience is necessary. There is no need to bring any equipment with you but if you do have your own mats, blocks and blankets, please feel free to bring them along. It’s best not to eat a large meal before a class but do bring some water with you. Please wear loose fitting or gym type clothes – you will need to feel comfortable.


Try to get to the class at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time so that you can get yourself comfortable and also to respect others. Please keep any mobile phones on ‘silent’ – this is time for you!

Friday Night Yoga

Location: Billingley Village Hall (outside)

When: Every Friday Night (weather permitting). 

6.00pm - 7.00pm

Description:

A 60 minute Class suitable for ability levels.

Please Note, you MUST...

(1) bring your own equipment 

(2) have had no signs of Covid-19 infection in the last 7 days 

(3) maintain social distancing (2 meters apart at all times)

Tuesday Night Yoga

Location: Billingley Village Hall

When: Every Tuesday Night. 

Early Class: 6.15pm - 7.15pm. Late Class: 7.30pm - 8.30pm

When: Various Saturday Mornings throughout the year

Description:

A 60 minute Class followed by a 'cuppa' and discussion about all things Yoga. 

Whether you are a complete beginner or more experienced, new attendees are always welcome.

One to One Sessions

Location: Various Locations or Online

When: Contact us to arrange a mutually agreeable time

 

Description:

Individually tailored, one to one sessions can also be organised at a location and time to suit you. Working together, we can design a lesson that will meet your needs both mentally and physically. Virtual Online Sessions via Zoom are also now available.

Yoga Therapy

We also have a separate website dedicated to Yoga Therapy.

The main difference between traditional Yoga Classes and Yoga Therapy is that a Yoga Therapist applies the techniques of yoga with knowledge about a specific problem, experience and intuition to help alleviate that problem.
