The first time you meet me (your Yoga Therapist), we will discuss your unique needs.
During the first session I will work with you to come up with an initial plan for daily practice. Your plan will typically involve the elements of Asanas (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation. You are free to continue with other forms of treatment, indeed, yoga can be used alongside other treatments very easily.
I will help give you the tools to improve your daily life.
No health presentation is too great nor too small. My Yoga Therapy sessions are person centred and compassionately focused.
